HCPS is owned and Managed by Timothy “TJ” Waud, a Service-Disabled Veteran of the United States Army, located in Washington, D.C. As a service-disabled veteran, Veteran-Physician spouse, and former senior Army Medical Recruiting supervisor, TJ understands the needs of our Nation’s Heroes’, Families and Communities. We specialize in the ability to bring value added resources to the teams we build and for those we care for. This experience, knowledge and proven ability to build, train and lead teams serves us well in our daily performance, and is expressed in the overall mentality, summarized by our motto, “Always Come Through”.
TJ is aware of the need to train and empower our medical staff and hold them to the at the highest standards to support our clients. As a former Senior Army Medical Recruiting professional, TJ has the experience to ensure each candidate meets or exceeds the requirements put forth by the Department of Defense, which is similar to the standards of Department of Veteran Affairs and in accordance with the Joint Commission standards, OIG requirements, and the American Medical Board Standards.
